Here's an optional ID card for our members to fill out. It just makes it handy and convenient~

The box on the left is for a headshot of your oc
Username= your DA username and any nicknames that you prefer to go by
Character Name= Your OC's full name
M/S/H= circle (M) if messenger, (S) if seeker, or (H) if holder
Script or Lit?= Do you prefer script style or lit, or do you like both?
Preferred Method of RP= How do you like to RP? Chatroom? Notes? Google Docs? Skype? ect.
Timezone (optional but helpful)
Days/ Hours Most Active= What days of the week you will be more likely to be online, and what times of the day
